The result counts the days from the start date to the end date, the same way a calendar duration is normally measured. Add one if you need both days included.
When you need to count days between dates
Deadlines, notice periods, contract terms, pregnancy weeks, travel planning and countdowns all come down to the same question: how many days are there between two dates?
The calculator uses real calendar dates, so months of 28, 30 and 31 days and leap years are counted correctly. The total excludes the start day and includes the end day, which is the usual convention for durations.
