Why PDF page sizes cause printing problems
Europe and most of the world use A4 paper, while the United States and Canada use Letter, which is slightly wider and shorter. A document created in one standard often prints with cut-off edges or awkward white bands in the other, and PDFs merged from several sources can end up with every page a different size.
This tool sets a single paper size for the whole document and scales the content of each page proportionally to fit, centred on the new page. Nothing is stretched or distorted.
